Pick a type. Play one of each card name. No rule-box Pokémon as the GLC document defines them. Check the live ban list on gymleaderchallenge.com before you sleeve a reprint that looks innocent.

A good GLC list looks like a gym leader’s box: 15–20 Pokémon, a trainer suite that does not repeat names, and enough energy that the singleton attackers can actually fire. Psychic and Colorless posted the most in this window. That is a hint, not a requirement.
